Springtime in Griffith is a magic time of year. As the gardens come alive with nature's annual spring awakening in a kaleidoscope of colour, garden lovers converge on Griffith NSW to attend the annual Griffith Festival of Gardens.
Each year up to 12 private gardens are open to the public, ranging from small cottage gardens to stunning large acreage creations. The Gardens of Griffith reflect the joy and pleasure the community gains from creating stunning displays. The Mediterranean climate provides optimum conditions for the Griffith Festival of Gardens. The main street is lined with Citrus Sculptures based on the famous Menton sculptures of France.
